Pinnacle is cheating their customers!
I bought the HD studio 14 software from Pinnacle. I installed it, made it run and all worked out properly except for that the program wouldn't capture video from my device. Now, Windows Movie Maker can capture video from my device, and I have followed every step from the book by Pinnacle (over 400 pages). Then, when I try to get some support I have to wait 6 days. When I get an email, they ask me to complete a survey to judge how their support was!!! "You have been in contackt with our staff. Please give your opinion on your experience" What in the name og GOD!
