FORT WORTH, TEXAS -- This company installed security cameras for my business. They do not work. They will not answer my text, phone calls nor emails. This is not the way to do business. Whatever you do, do not pay them until you know for sure everything is done correctly!!! Once they get paid you will never see them again.

Don't be fooled by Pinnacle

ARIZONA -- Pinnacle Cart aka. Desert Dog Marketing wants you to think they are bigger and better than they truly are. Their reviews online look legitimate: but did you know this? READ the disclaimer at the bottom!

Are they kidding? They paid for the review that everyone sees? Oh yeah, that's what I call an honest review!

I started doing research and noticed many of the people claiming to love the software don't really exist in the real world. More paid reviews?

WINSTON SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA -- I HAD A PROJECT TO WORK ON AND my boyfriend ordered the full version of Pinnacle Studio 14 Ultimate. First of all, it charged his card 3 separate times! Then, I used it that night and completed about 4-5 hours worth of work. Went back to open it up the next day, and it went back to the trial version! Ugh! No opt to get back to full version. No customer support; even when you click on live chat, it takes you to a email set up. they finally responded to my boyfriend's email complaint with some bogus phone number that doesn't work. Don't use this program! It is A RIP OFF!!!!!!!

This unfortunate incident is one of the reasons why I like to pirate softwares.

PS. Get your free, fully functional copy of Pinnacle on torrent!

Pinnacle is cheating their customers!

I bought the HD studio 14 software from Pinnacle. I installed it, made it run and all worked out properly except for that the program wouldn't capture video from my device. Now, Windows Movie Maker can capture video from my device, and I have followed every step from the book by Pinnacle (over 400 pages). Then, when I try to get some support I have to wait 6 days. When I get an email, they ask me to complete a survey to judge how their support was!!! "You have been in contackt with our staff. Please give your opinion on your experience" What in the name og GOD!

Incompetents run rampant

Bought the software upgrade for $89.95 last year.
Unable to install due to various problems, none of which were satisfactorily addressed by Pinnacle's support staff.
I have spent, conservatively, 100 hours implementing their suggestions, reinstalling the software, etc. etc.
They finally just stopped responding to my help requests. They weren't just incompetent, but unwilling to my last request to at least return my money.
You could make a case for that they simply stole my money. My next step will be to report that to the FTC.

A) This is a new dual core AMD on an MSI board with 4GB of RAM and 2TB of disc storage), and B) I have tried to install it on another computer as well (I have 4). Same result.
I have been 'playing' with computers for 32 years, 4 years longer than the IBM 'PC' has been out, and am NOT into newbie traps.

Pinnacle Customer Support SUCKS!!!

I purchase a Pinnacle Linx videoinput cable, included with this is free Studio 7 software. The hardware will not install properly, when I finally get the bugs worked out of the USB the program stops running and freezes my computer. The only option is to reboot the computer. I cannot transfer video from my camcorder to my computer via the USB linx cable. I have tried a dozen times to contact Pinnacle by phone....NO LUCK....I sit on hold..waiting....waiting....This is a TOLL call....I have been on hold for over an hour. Listening to the same message. ( a rep will be with you shortly). They even have complaints right on their own website about there crappy customer service.I have tried there web site and none of their suggestions work. I have given up on this LINX CABLE!!!! And the crummy software that came with it.I will never purchase another thing from PINNACLE SYSTEMS.....

Trying to get some support to find out where the serial number for the 2nd disk of Studio Ultimate v14 - It's the Creative Pack Volume 2 . Ser no. on 1st (pgm) disk doesn't work. They want me to pay to ask them. Give me F brake!!!!!!! Anon was absolutely right. Pinnacle support SUCKS!
