KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- The telephone line to Pizza Hut is a constant busy signal. It's been like that for the last two days now. You can't call to place an order and when you are able to get a delivery its such a long wait time for a delivery. When you finally get your order delivered your food will be cold or either they don't get it right. This issue needs to be fixed asap it's just plain ridiculous and very very unprofessional. You guys need to get more better on your customer service skills.1 Replies - Latest reply on 01/25/2014Add reply
WEAVERVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Before the store was to open I saw a women come from the inside out, to walk a dog. This was at 10 am, realizing it wasn't time to open I wondered why. When she went back inside with the dog, a Scottish terrier, I went to ask why a dog was inside. It is a public place, the so called manager began to yell at me like it wasn't my business, WRONG . She was going to call police but I couldn't under stand why since she was the only one who was breaking the rules. In the past I service there business but not now. I think the manager of that store was the real dog!2 Replies - Latest reply on 12/22/2013Add reply
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN -- Ordered 2 large pan pizzas online, for delivery at 6:04 pm. My ticket number is 00078 for the Pizza Hut on 111th and Silver Spring. Received 2 hand tossed pizzas and the greasiest cheese sticks in a bag no less. Also, was to be delivered by 8:04 pm and I received it at 8:40 pm. This not the first time I've received the wrong pizza or wrong crust. I'm beginning to believe my business is not wanted because as many times I've complained to local store, obviously nothing happens. Would at least appreciate the acknowledgement of said mistakes, instead questioning me. Would like to hear back from someone on this matter and would also like a credit. Thank you.1 Replies - Latest reply on 12/09/2013Add reply
I work at this Pizza Hut. And it is very dirty! And the food looks bad and is tainted from the employees sanitary habit. I have worked for many places in the kitchen. This is the worst. When I start the detailed cleaning, they tell me to stop and do other things. They say it takes too long and they don't pay over time. This needs to be looked at by someone and taken care of. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 12/09/2013Add reply
BROCKPORT, NEW YORK -- I ordered a 3 cheese stuffed crust pizza for my family for dinner. When the pizza arrived the crust was burnt, the dough on top was not cooked enough. the crust that was supposed to have cheese in it was replaced with air pockets, when picked up, the pizza went totally south, there were areas where there was no cheese at all, and it looked as though the pizza had been setting for a few hours, and definitely did not taste fresh. When I called to complain the young man on the phone argued with me and told me that he looked at the pizza before it went out and it was fine. I had to argue with him to get compensated. I was offered 20 dollars credit for another time.
First of all, I would like to be compensated on the same day that our dinner was ruined not on another day. Secondly, with unprofessional attitudes such as his, I wouldn't put it past them to spit on the pizza. This wasn't the first food fiasco, lets talk about the 60 undercooked chicken wings I ordered last year. They can keep their 20 dollar credit.
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- I went to Pizza Hut on Austin Peay and Covington Pike in Memphis, TN to order some pizzas. As I was ordering, I noticed the young man preparing the pizzas was not wearing gloves. I asked the young lady at the register do they always prepare pizzas with no gloves and she stated that sometimes they wear them and sometimes not. I preceded to walk away and I heard one of the young ladies laughing and the young man preparing the pizzas making a comment about I can go somewhere else and order pizzas, in which I did anyway. I think there should be a policy in place for people handling different items should always wear gloves. I will not be going back to this location.Add reply
CONVERSE, TEXAS -- No food on the buffet table, waitress asked what you want, mgr. And 2 other employees were reading the paper instead of putting pizzas out for lunch. When they noticed I was taking pics they decided to put pizzas in the oven by then my lunch break was over. Salad bar was also nasty, I would not recommend this Pizza Hut, they need a new manager that is going to take charge and make sure that the products you are paying for are out in a timely matter not be reading the paper. Upon checking out the waitress asked me how everything was so I told her and she just nodded and said yea I know, the food right? Sorry place and sorry management, he needs to be replaced he does nothing. I have pictures if needed.Add reply
I use to order pizza's from Pizza Hut. They have been delivering since we've been here at this address for the past 3 yrs. Now, they tell us that they are not suppose to deliver in our neighborhood. They are only 1.14 miles from where we live. I would like to know why now they aren't suppose to deliver? I have decided not to buy any more pizza's from Pizza Hut. Add reply
This Pizza Hut has horrible service. It took about twenty minutes for us to even get a waitress. Then they didn't even refill our drinks, never checked if we needed anything. The cheese sticks were cold and the stuffed crust was think instead of thick.
I really hope this gets resolved because this isn't the first time and its just art the west county in Odessa that gives horrible service.
ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA -- Today I ordered two separate times from Pizza Hut both paid with credit. As the first delivery man handed me the order a personal pan with wings, he hands me the receipt & my copy, looks at it & hands it back to me asking for a tip! Now I'm not a horrible cheap person I have no problem giving a tip if the service is outstanding or the weather is bad but to be ASKED for a tip is by far the rudest thing to ask! Luckily I had some cash & handed it to the man very unpleased.

second order was during the evening another personal pan & a medium pizza. Same transaction paid by credit handed receipt having the driver hand it right back to me asking for tip (not the same guy) at this point I'm pissed! Pizza Hut needs to address this issue with their drivers do NOT ask for tips unless the customer willingly gives it. I told the man no because the cash I did have went to the previous guy he once again handed me the receipt & asked me to put $0.00 in the tip spot, angered I put the amount & slammed the door next time (if there is one) this happens I will personally call the store while the driver is present & send it a complaint!
OTTAWA, ON, CANADA -- On Wednesday I ordered a "meat-lovers" medium pizza with two additional pizzas at $5 each. Delivery took 1 hour even though the closest Pizza Hut is a 5 minute drive from my house. The pizzas were COLD when they arrived and each one had very little filling, almost no cheese, meat or sauce. When I complained to the store they offered me a 20% discount on my next order, a real insult since I will certainly not be doing Pizza Hut delivery again.Add reply
I was waiting for a hour and a half for my order when I called to find out what was going on they said that they was knocking on my door and they did not. I ask if they tried to call me on my cell and the manager said he didn't feel like it .If they are not going to call people why bother in asking for the phone number Add reply
The advertisement for the Ten/Any says that any size pizza, any toppings will cost ten dollars. I ordered a pizza for my sons birthday, a large beef with extra cheese. I had it delivered and the total was $15 + change. This has happened more than once, I should know better. Yes I did ask for the Ten/Any. I just wish my son would eat other brands. Thanks for listening. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 10/09/2013Add reply

RIDGELAND, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Ordered pizza on line for pick-up. When I arrived everything was ready and on time. I paid by Debit Card. When I left I accidentally left my card behind. I was notified by the manager immediately. I am so thankful they saw to it that I received my card back. It's a good feeling to know there are honest people working at our Pizza Hut. What could have turned into a nightmare didn't . THANK YOU PIZZA HUT!!!!!!!Add reply
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- Two weeks In a row this store has refused to honor the advertised $ 6.55 price on their pizza. They are in to me for $ 10.00 at this time. Their manager has agreed for two weeks to honor an in store credit but has failed to do so. The stores staff likes to be disrespectful by calling their customers sweetie and honey. At the very least upper management should address this stores management team and its employees. I am working with the corporate office at this time. I will report the outcome later with this website.

WINFIELD, WEST VIRGINIA -- I was calling in an order and was asked to hold. The phone was laid down and I could hear in background discussion with a disgruntled customer. After the person hung up there was language (the f-word) and description of the customer just being talked to. I am glad my wife didn't call. I would have been even more irate. No one picked up the phone so I hung up without placing my order in a couple of minutes. I won't call this Pizza Hut again if this is the type of service I will get and the type of language I will hear.Add reply
I have been ordering the Pizza Hut in Brookville off and on since it has opened. The delivery drivers have for many things on many different occasions, including, pop, the pizza rollers. Then there was time that the driver could not find the my home and it took 45 minutes. I have to talk the managers and they said that they would take of it. I AM NOT HAPPY Add reply
MINOT, NORTH DAKOTA -- About three weeks ago on a Sunday I walked into Pizza Hut on Broadway to order carry out where there was a guy working on a pizza. I knew he was busy at the time so I waited, and waited, and waited. When he did finally come, (with all his extremely gross big holes in his ears from his round earrings) he looked to my right and talked to me as if I was over there. I said, "I'm over here". There was no "how can I help you" or anything. I asked if he had a menu and he pointed behind me and told me to go there to read it. I didn't.
He finally went to get it for me, I read it over, he went back to working and EVENTUALLY came back and asked me what I want. I told him I changed my mind about ordering and walked out to order pizza at Papa John's. NO eye contact, NO smile, and NO interest in the customer from that man. I also find it unprofessional for those people to wear that type of "jewelry" (if that's what you want to call it) taking food orders. IF I go back, I will once again walk out if that man is working and that will be my last time there. Thanks for hearing me out.
JOHNSON CITY, TENNESSEE -- My wife and I went to the Pizza Hut #005960. First time we had been in a while, we were shocked at the condition it was in.Tables were broke down, had sign not to set there, Building was not clean at all. We had the buffet bar, it was not clean and the salad ingredients were not fresh or at a cool temp. The pizza was old and not edible. I can't understand why the health inspector lets them get by with this.
My wife and I are retired and on a budget and paying $17.50 for a meal and leaving it on the table, because it is not fit to eat is not good for us. I know that no one really cares if we eat there or not, so we will eat some other place from now on.
