ASTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- I have been going to Pizza Hut every Saturday for 20 some years. I have been going to the Aston store in Pa. since it opened, but it has really gone down hill. The main problem is that there is no air conditioning in the summer (I had to leave because it was so hot in there, June 6th),also no heat in the winter. The seats are so broken down which makes them very uncomfortable. Their pizza needs to be cooked more, the dough is never done. I'm tired of having to return it. Will not be going back until the air is fixed and the pizza is cooked better.Add reply
Ordered 10.00 pizza 2 of them. Was charged 30.41 for the total. Asked about the 10.00 deal when picked up and even showed them web site in phone. SCOTTSVILLE, KENTUCKY -- We ordered two personal pan pizzas and a sandwich. The wait was horrible even though the restaurant was almost empty and then the pizzas came out, but no sandwich. The waitress said it would be right out then proceeded to take her break while I waited for my meal The sandwich never came, no one checked on us, and finally 20 minutes later we had to ask about the sandwich. Even after asking we had to wait for it to be prepared and by that time the pizza was cold and we were done waiting. CANONSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- I stood at the counter to be waited on for ten minutes yesterday at approximately 7:30pm. There was a man waiting on the bench for his pizza and hardly anyone in the restaurant. I stood there watching a guy take pizzas off the machine and box them. He never turned around to see if anyone was there which was probably NOT his job anyway, but as slow as the place was there should have been someone else there to at least help him out. A woman came in to pick up her pizza so I let her go ahead of me. It took so long for the woman and the guy to get waited on that I just gave up hope and left...Maybe we should hire more people...Add reply

IRWIN, PENNSYLVANIA -- Our Pizza Hut recently took out their salad bar, this was a mainstay in our restaurant for as long as I remember. This was one of the best salad bars in the area, the blue cheese dressing was awesome and it had peas and beets my two favorite items. Whenever our family was hungry for a salad bar we went there, now it's gone? very sad, we like pizza and salad together, not just pizza on the buffet and we like to make our own salad from a salad bar. SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA -- I have been trying to order a pizza from Pizza Hut on Kings Highway, I have been on hold for thirty minutes and nobody has even come over the phone and said they were sorry or anything. I understand that on a Saturday night, they may be busy, but at least they could pick up the phone and say they were sorry for the delay and and they would be with me in a second or whenever they could. I will not ever order from Pizza Hut again, I have had trouble with this store before, but it is the closest to my home for delivery, so I thought, everybody has a bad night sometimes, but this is my third time being annoyed, and I am done. BOWLING GREEN, MISSOURI -- I just order a larger pizza and cheese sticks online. After I ordered the food online, I called to verify the time the order would be delivered, which was to be at 5:45pm. My boyfriend came home from work in his lunch hour and no pizza!! I called to see where my order was and was told by the assistant manager that it was marked carry out, I proceeded to tell her that no it was for delivery and she proceeded to argue with me!!

So my boyfriend went to get the pizza. Once he got home there were no cheese sticks!! So I called again and was told by the assistant manager again that I could either have credit or come and get it!! I told her that no I wanted the cheese sticks delivered, and once again she told me that it would cost $2.50 to have my cheese sticks delivered!!!
REALLY WELL I'LL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND BESIDES ONCE I GOT THE PIZZA IT WAS COLD!!!!!!!!
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA -- Called to order pizza delivery for lunch today and wanted to place 3 orders because each of us co workers were buying our own and each needed to use a debit card and all three orders would deliver at the same location. They for one would not let me use all three debit cards so I had to charge it all to one card which was not right and then the delivery time was 1 hours and 55 minutes. I ordered one medium pepperoni pizza and a small order of the chicken Alfredo and an order of traditional bone in Buffalo wings from Pizza Hut on Cherry Road. It took almost an hour for me to get my order. Then when I got my order I was missing my Buffalo wings. I called in for them to bring them back out. BEDFORD, TEXAS -- Recently ordered for delivery and in the past deliveries they always put the box inside a plastic bag or wrapped in plastic bag for the wings orders but this time the box was not wrapped in plastic bag and the box was not closed and opened and when the delivery person removed the box from the pizza hut delivery bag he accidentally stick his hands inside the box and touched some of the wings on his dirty fingers, as he is driving and handles money, so I felt yuck and gross this time. How can I avoid the situation from happening again? Do I have to keep reminding them to wrap the box of wing in plastic bag?Add reply
HENDERSON, NEVADA -- Pizza Hut on Horizon&Eastern location purposely stops answering phone after 10:05pm to discourage ordering. Amanda finally picked up at 10:29. She claim they were out of Pan Pizza and hand tossed after looking at what I normally order. I asked if you have sliders and she replied we have 3 left. I said I want whatever you have after being on hold for 30min. She says let me check, then returned with we have medium pizzas available. She claimed delivery would take 45mins. I said fine, yet it is 11:58pm and I can't locate anyone on their phone line since 11:30 to ask of they are still coming. Thank you Pizza Hut way to go. This is a reoccurring problem with this location and it's employees. Does anyone care or is corporate too high to come down from its ladder.

My food was delivered missing a 2 liter Pepsi after leaving 5 dollar tip. Also when I bite into chicken wing it starts bleeding leaving a bad taste in my mouth. They asked did I want a credit or for them to makeover the wings. I asked for my money back and told them if I got sick that I would be back. KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA -- Got bloody raw wings for sure not precooked these wings where cold and very little sauce on them. Son started to eat and said funning tasting I looked and saw they where bloody raw called the Pleasant hill Pizza Hut to be told off and said that you would not die. Called back in morning to be told to keep wings we have in freezer. After 3 days son was already sick and owner called to say he turned it over to insurance we have pictures of wings and kept the wings son better now but had a very hard 5 days of running if you know what I mean. RADCLIFF, KENTUCKY -- I placed an order on 01/21/13, 09:00pm for a dinner box. It took Pizza Hut until 10:15 to bring my pizza. After the pizza was delivered, the pizza was cold and not done. I called back and complained 2 min after delivery. I talked with a supervisor and was told she was sorry and would credit it to phone number and asked if I would like the pizza to be made over. It was 10:30 so with that, my children had to eat. I put the pizza in oven and told her just to credit it. When I called back I talked with a manager, she had not fixed my order. The manager wasn't nice after I asked her for the corporate number. she yelled, got nasty and hung up phone on me.
