Two Hour Delivery Time?!
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA -- Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza, despite the fact that it was the most expensive, until we moved to Columbus GA.

BOWLING GREEN, MISSOURI -- I just order a larger pizza and cheese sticks online. After I ordered the food online, I called to verify the time the order would be delivered, which was to be at 5:45pm. My boyfriend came home from work in his lunch hour and no pizza!! I called to see where my order was and was told by the assistant manager that it was marked carry out, I proceeded to tell her that no it was for delivery and she proceeded to argue with me!!

So my boyfriend went to get the pizza. Once he got home there were no cheese sticks!! So I called again and was told by the assistant manager again that I could either have credit or come and get it!! I told her that no I wanted the cheese sticks delivered, and once again she told me that it would cost $2.50 to have my cheese sticks delivered!!!
REALLY WELL I'LL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND BESIDES ONCE I GOT THE PIZZA IT WAS COLD!!!!!!!!
HENDERSON, NEVADA -- Pizza Hut on Horizon&Eastern location purposely stops answering phone after 10:05pm to discourage ordering. Amanda finally picked up at 10:29. She claim they were out of Pan Pizza and hand tossed after looking at what I normally order. I asked if you have sliders and she replied we have 3 left. I said I want whatever you have after being on hold for 30min. She says let me check, then returned with we have medium pizzas available. She claimed delivery would take 45mins. I said fine, yet it is 11:58pm and I can't locate anyone on their phone line since 11:30 to ask of they are still coming. Thank you Pizza Hut way to go. This is a reoccurring problem with this location and it's employees. Does anyone care or is corporate too high to come down from its ladder.

My food was delivered missing a 2 liter Pepsi after leaving 5 dollar tip. Also when I bite into chicken wing it starts bleeding leaving a bad taste in my mouth. They asked did I want a credit or for them to makeover the wings. I asked for my money back and told them if I got sick that I would be back. KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA -- Got bloody raw wings for sure not precooked these wings where cold and very little sauce on them. Son started to eat and said funning tasting I looked and saw they where bloody raw called the Pleasant hill Pizza Hut to be told off and said that you would not die. Called back in morning to be told to keep wings we have in freezer. After 3 days son was already sick and owner called to say he turned it over to insurance we have pictures of wings and kept the wings son better now but had a very hard 5 days of running if you know what I mean. RADCLIFF, KENTUCKY -- I placed an order on 01/21/13, 09:00pm for a dinner box. It took Pizza Hut until 10:15 to bring my pizza. After the pizza was delivered, the pizza was cold and not done. I called back and complained 2 min after delivery. I talked with a supervisor and was told she was sorry and would credit it to phone number and asked if I would like the pizza to be made over. It was 10:30 so with that, my children had to eat. I put the pizza in oven and told her just to credit it. When I called back I talked with a manager, she had not fixed my order. The manager wasn't nice after I asked her for the corporate number. she yelled, got nasty and hung up phone on me.

I am a manager at a huge company and have been for 5 yrs and I know that if anyone was to do that at my job they would be fired, its childish and unacceptable. I will not be going back to eat at Pizza Hut which is too bad because I liked their pizza.
I have never been told by any pizza place that you cannot build your own pizza. I was literally told that I can take toppings off, but not add any and that I could not build my own pizza, that I had to select one of the specialty pizzas.

I will never order from Pizza Hut ever again.
When ordering pizza, I asked for extra cheese. The advertisement stated "any pizza, any toppings, $10. I asked for sausage, mushroom, black olive, extra cheese. I had to pay extra for the extra cheese.

We have been waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes for 2 large pizzas. NOT ACCEPTABLE. order every other Friday without fail and ordered the exact same thing for last 5 months. My bf called at 9:30 it's now 10:50 and talked to them. Told them send our usual guy still NOTHING. No phone call from them, not A word. There's no excuse for this. So we get pizza free. Add reply
THORNTON, COLORADO -- July 14, 2012 approx 9:15 pm -10:10pm Placed order for two large pizzas and breadsticks, paid cashier and she stated "It will be 15 minutes". After 15 minutes still no pizza, 30 minutes no pizza. I told employee and she said it would be 30 minutes. Other cashier came forward handling money, register and preparing food products which I thought was in violation of state codes in most states.

Employee's friend who ordered larger order after I placed my order was already given their order by this time. I asked how much longer and given the same runaround again and again asking for name and phone number. I was very upset by this time and asked employees name of Franchise Owner and was told they didn't know. Finally after close to 55 minutes was given order which I never got receipt, treated in a very disrespectful manner and given food that was prepared by people doing general cleaning and handling cash.
This is the worst example of a business I ever seen. Being 54 years of age I don't like being referred to "man" or treated in such demeaning manner. [snip]
CLARKSVILLE, INDIANA -- I have never seen such bad service in my life! I ordered a Pizza and was told it would take forty minutes for my order to be ready. When I arrived it was not ready. I tried to call before I arrived but there was no answer. While I waited for my order, no one would answer the phone. A woman came in and told the girl at the register that she did not receive her bread sticks with her order. The women asked the girl if the manager was there. She replied "Yes but she is busy". I said to the woman "why did you come in to complain about your delivery"? She said "no one would answer the phone".
There were three people at the front of the store. One girl stood there and did nothing while the guy looked in the hot box for pizza orders. The girl at the register asked if she wanted free bread sticks. She said " No, I paid for the ten dollar special and they were not in the box that was delivered." I finally received my order and I didn't like the pizza at all. It was tasteless and dry. No one smiled at me and the girls had awful neon makeup over their eyes. Needless to say I will never visit Pizza Hut again.
On Feburary 27th I ordered the pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks everyone in the house a total of 4 people got sick a day later, I am talking vomiting, fever, weakness and other symptoms ???/ It was the worst week of our lives hot/cold chills and all. DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MARYLAND -- Everytime I call this Pizza Hut I get put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes or more. I call back and still get put on hold meaning I never get a chance to order my food and have to go else where to eat. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done about it ASAP!!! Two days later I checked my bank statement online and to my surprise there was a charge to my card for $32.00...
I called the store immediately, I spoke to someone that said they cannot send the money back to my account but can give me a store credit for $10.00 or send the $7.50 back to me in cash... Why can't they send the money back to my account ? They are the ones responsible for the charges!
I could only imagine how many people get robbed this way, especially if they are a loyal customer that order pizza at least once a week and doesn't check there back statement like I did!!! I'm very disgusted and I'll let everyone know about my experience...
