ORANGE CITY, FLORIDA -- DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR AT THIS CHAIN...
Roaches in room, bad odor, faucets did not work, internet did not work. Also, received an injury while in the room. Shards of glass cut my back while using the bath towels. Also overcharged me by $45, then would only credit me $25. Have tried dealing with the Corporate Guest Relations in Rockville, MD to no avail. Everyone puts you off, says they'll contact the hotel, then you have to contact the hotel, then no one returns emails, phone calls, etc. Nobody cares! What a rip-off
Will report them to the local BBB, Health Department. They have to be in violation of some kind of business ethics.

Whenever I travel I have used Choice Hotels, most of which have been great. This Comfort Inn is disgusting. Grounds are not kept up with weeds growing out of the driveway and in various areas that are supposed to be flower beds. The room itself was acceptable but not real clean. Guess you get what you pay for at $71.00 a night.

MOBILE, ALABAMA -- After having an absolutely terrible day with respect to customer service, I ended up needing a hotel. I arrived via taxi at Quality Inn because I get a discount at Choice hotels thanks to a membership I have with a qualifying organization, and because I had a dog with me. I informed the lady working at the counter that I was unable to make the reservation on my smart phone to qualify for the discount, and asked if I could use the wi-fi in the lobby to do it on my laptop. She told me that she could just enter the discount manually, thus saving me even more headache than I already had. She was also extremely courteous and helpful with me, answering all my questions about the area. WINNEMUCCA, NEVADA -- I think this must be the worst possible hotel experience ever. I was given a room with two queens. The bed was comfortable enough, but there were so many disgusting stains on the chairs I refused to sit on them. The alarm clock was burned out, didn't work. And the HBO channel was so grainy there was no point to watching it. Yet when I complained about these tings to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even let me have another room, saying that's all they had for me. Overall, I was treated with a lack of respect: it was as if this hotel had zero service. I would not recommend staying here. Perhaps if someone was utterly drunk and didn't care about anything except passing out on a bed, this would be fine. It's just a casino with rooms attached. My stay at this hotel was great!! my friends and I just wanted to get away for the weekend so we chose this place because the pricing was good. But even with the low price we got exceptional customer service, the hotel is centrally located so we didn't get lost trying to go to the mall or get food. It was just an overall great stay and we plan to return for our next girls' getaway. Add reply
My husband and I were very upset with the condition of our room. THE sheets were never changed from the last occupants and the room was nasty. I had to call for clean sheets and had to change them myself. The carpets were filthy along with the chairs. We asked for an AARP discount and didn't get one.
