I had begun the mortgage process with Quicken Loans in May of 2008. After I had begun the application process my credit card was charged $500 without my consent.
Quicken Loans qualifies you, approves your loan at specific rates and discount points, then WHAM! they switch rates on you.
We are first time home buyers and didn't really know what to do. We contacted Quicken Loans and got the best Mortgage banker in the world, Mario Ingraffia.
