I printed out coupons for any sandwich, chips and drink for $2.99. When I presented it to the girl at the register the girl told me they are not accepting that coupon. Then the owner behind her came over and asked if there was a problem. When he I held up the coupon he rudely stated "NO... we are not honoring that coupon!!" I asked why not and he loudly just stated the same thing "NO we are not honoring that coupon"!!! No explanation as to why... and just walked away and stared at me. I was so embarrassed by his rudeness that I went ahead and ordered a sandwich but I will never go back there again.
I have heard Quiznos kitten commercial many time. The cats voices on the commercial is so annoying. It's the worst commercial I've ever heard. I just want to throw the remote through the TV every time I hear it. Whenever it's on I mute the TV and leave the room because it's so annoying. I wish I could go the Quiznos headquarters and punch whoever the guy is that decided to come up with this commercial. It's so ** annoying. Then Quiznos decides to come out with another commercial with the cats with their dollar menu which is just as annoying as the first one. Again I mute the TV and leave. I can't stand it.
HURST, TEXAS, TEXAS -- On Mar 4th 2010, my wife and I stopped by a Quiznos located in the city of Hurst, Tx on Pipeline Dr. She ordered a sandwich, I got a sandwich and a cup of chicken soup. The soup tasted odd from the beginning, not quite hot enough? Within 12 hours, I was exploding from both ends! Sick as a dog, shaking sick, sick, sick, sick. I knew it was that soup, no doubt a case of food poisoning. The next day after I recovered (I got angry) thinking... I paid money, to get that sick. So went in search of a way to lodge a complaint.
Quiznos website will only let you email directly to the store in question, so I did so, lodged my complaint. Then went in search of Corporate Office, finally after a long and tedious search got somebody human on the phone who took my complaint. And here we are almost three months later, and not one single, not one "we're sorry" letter, "action taken" letter, "here a free coupon" (not that I will ever eat there or any Quiznos again). Seriously all I wanted was my money back... my 10$! Wasn't looking for a huge "food poisoning lawsuit". Maybe just a "sorry, we turned you inside out for a night, and here is your money back." But to get "no response at all" feels like a kick in the testicles.
Went back this morning to try to lodge another complaint about their lack of response but their Corporate Office line is nothing but "robotic", "cold", and you can never get anyone human without waiting for half a day on the phone. It's exactly the way they want it, they think (or hope) complaints will just go away.
KAMLOOPS -- I have been a Loyal customer ordering from this establishment for a while. I usually work through my lunch hour and order the same thing, salad, sandwich and a beverage. After receiving a lot of deliveries, and enjoying the food very much, I started convincing ALL my co-working staff members to order from there, because they deliver and the food is great. I even convinced those who hold large, long meetings to get delivery from there. Today when I tried to make an order for delivery to my work place. But after I told her where this order was to be delivered (THE INDIAN BAND OFFICE) I was told I didn't qualify for delivery.
All I got to say is, "IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM DELIVERING TO THE INDIAN RESERVE, IT SHOULD HAVE STATED AS SUCH ON ALL THE MENUS EACH RESIDENCE ON THIS RESERVE RECEIVED FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!"
VACAVILLE, CALIFORNIA -- I'm a former employee that worked their about a year ago I left the establishment because of the manager/owners way of running the place. All I have to say about the place that the management or only manager is not certified to be running the store. She uses expired sauces for dressings believe me she has made the bottles her self stinginess is causing people to stop coming. She has made employees skimp on the meat the veggies the cheeses because it cost to much! so as a former employee and customer I can say proudly I will never go their again ever or to any Quiznos period. By the way CORP should go check out the conditions more often than they do because they are using items way past expiration date like they just change the label or put a new one on top of the old label.
I have actually seen the former manager pick up a piece of bread of the floor and put it in the bread shelf for reuse for a customers sandwich that just made the icing on the cake. So people if you like Quiznos just keep a good eye and ask if the meats and cheeses are fresh because they could be like 4 days old on account of the location and the business there is HELLA slow trust I used to work every night BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I work at a Quiznos. My boss tells me to put less meat on the subs that is required. and less cheese. When I'm working with her I do as told. When I'm not working with her I make the best subs ever. I put the correct everything on it and make it worth the money. I have customers that come in when I'm working just to get a sub made by me. I don't agree with my boss at all. She is very rude to customers. One of the workers once filled someones bowl of soup about half way when they weren't looking because it was "to go" and they wouldn't notice.
It makes me so angry. We are losing business and I wish I could just take over and everything would be so much better! She is so cheap with everything in the store.
WATERLOO -- The last two visits I had with the Quiznos sub franchise was extremely disappointing. About a month ago I ordered their chicken noodle soup, which is (to be honest) a pretty idiot proof menu item. However, the first thing the soup reminded me of was cat food. It smelled and tasted like cat food. It was horrible. TOday, I found their cheese brocoli soup to be equally disgusting. Furthermore, I tried to contact the company to make them aware of my complaint personally, but I was unable to find such an opportunity. I hope someone realizes they are selling terrible products and makes drastic changes immediately.
SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA -- I have had an issue with inappropriate conversations between a manager and a teenage employee involing her father and having had an affair with him. First I don't care one way or the other about an affair because I have known this manager for years, and do not believe her. However, I believe that it is in appropriate to have a discussion about your sex life and/or an affair with a child's father at all let alone while they are your employee. To make matters worse when I talked with the general manager for the city I was told this was a personal matter between her and I. He apparently does care about these children either. And to make matters worse this manager called my house and cussed and swore at me on the answering machine. Which was played for this general manager with no recourse for the person who manages these children. In short I would not allow any child of mine to continue to work for this company nor would I ever choke down any of their products.
