NEWNAN, GEORGIA -- Evidently, Red Robin either doesn't train their servers well, or doesn't supervise them from time to time. Our server tonight missed several basic things when dealing with my wife and I at dinner. First, we had an appetizer, and when she came with the meal she failed to clear the table so we had room for our entrees. Second, when I used the electronic device on the table to attempt to call her there was no response whatsoever. I had to stop one of the other employees and ask that she be sent back to our table.
Three, when I ran out of the beverage I had ordered with my meal, she didn't bring a refill until I was finished with my meal. In short, she was not attentive to her customers. When I used the electronic device to pay my bill, there was no paper to print a receipt. Again, I had to hand carry the device and find our server to let her know this. She made no attempt whatsoever to offer a receipt of any kind. I would like to think that a restaurant that spends lots of money and advertising attracting customers would take a little more care about the training and supervision of their employees.
MIDVALE, UTAH -- Hubby ordered a $5.99 burger, said it wasn't worth a dollar. I ordered the Spaghetti Alfredo. It was cold. They took it back & brought me a hot tasteless one. It was definitely not worth the $10.49 price. Just cook some linguine & add a plain white sauce & you have it. Red Robin used to be one of my favorite hangouts. The Clam Chowder is not even like it use to be. Then we ordered their donuts to go. I would call them grease balls. I don't think we will be returning. It's too bad, too. They used to have a great menu (not all burgers).
IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO -- My family and I went to Red Robin last night for dinner. I ordered just a regular hamburger with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and cheese. When they brought out my burger it was cold. Second, I thought with a burger place they would actually hand-make the patty, or at least make the hamburger patty look like it was hand-made. Nope, my hamburger patty was a nasty, frozen patty that I could have bought from the local grocery store. It was nasty! Honestly, McDonald's across the street would have been better than the burger I ate last night!
Our service was horrible. Our lady seemed to be spread between too many tables. She only checked on us once, only to refill a drink. She never asked if the food tasted alright, or if we needed anything else. When we were about halfway finished she asked what we were paying with, said she would bring us our box. She basically kicked us out the door.
The bathroom was also a disgusting mess. The floor was wet with who knows what. The toilet paper holder was broken. Last the changing table was unclean and gross. It felt like a gas station bathroom. Altogether it was not a pleasant experience.
MASON -- I have been to Red Robin about 10 times now! It might get crowded every now and then but this was crowded! Well we wait for about 30 minutes and it was cold outside and crowded in. By this point I was starving but I needed to control myself and I did. Finally our name got called well the service was ok! We got our food much quicker than expected and it cleared out! It may have been busy but Red Robin always seems to leave you with a nice taste buds! I love all the color and plaques hung up on the walls and all the art works! It makes you feel like home. Thanks Red Robin for making us happy !!!!!!!!!!! You came through!
TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA -- Went to the restaurant last night. I had heard that they specialize in burgers very poor all bun kids size hamburger. Too much sauce it soaked the whole bun. They had a good salad bar. But very disappointed with the rest of the meal. I won't be back. I could of went to a fast food chain and got a better burger for the price.
SARATOGA, CALIFORNIA -- Don't have pictures. First experience took about an hour to get served after being seated. Left without paying the bill because I got tired of waiting for someone to give me a bill. Second time I waited 15 minutes before someone even came to the desk to take my name and was then told, "We are busy and closing soon but I can ask the chef if he will cook one more meal." That was at 9:45. Place is really bad.
AURORA, COLORADO -- We had ordered Red Robin through Grub Hub. That had completely messed up every single bit of the order, so we call and complain. They say they're sorry and will re-deliver our original order. The second order arrives with BITES in our burgers. We call again to complain and they refuse to do anything for us. Obviously we will never order from them again.
HERSHEY, PENNSYLVANIA -- Went for a burger and a beer, 2 of us. Very average COLD burgers and beer. Monday afternoon 3pm, not busy, but waited an hour to get the cold burger. Tables, seats, floors, very dirty. Restrooms were VERY filthy! Such a great location near Hershey Park, poor hygiene and cold burgers - total, $37 - 2 burgers, 2 basic beers! 😡
