Lack of Customer Service

GAITHERSBURG, MARYLAND -- I was attempting to reserve a block of rooms for A church function and I called the Hotel Sales Rep. He lied and said that block of rooms must include 20 rooms or more and that he would call me back with rates. I called him for three weeks and never received a call back. Finally after speaking with a rep. at the Group Sales office he called them back(with a 72 hour and the turn around time is supposed to be 24 hours). He gave them rates that where higher than the rates on the internet. Poor Customer Service and I would not refer anyone to this Hotel.

A pleasant stay

DUBLIN, OHIO -- I would like to take a moment to recognize the staff at the Residence Inn-Dublin, Ohio.
Every Thanksgiving I travel to Columbus to visit my mother. I usually stay at this property for two days to take in shopping and dining in the area. It is nice to know that I will get the room I reserved every time I stay here. The room is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the property is always clean and well kept.
All of these reasons are why I keep coming back year after year. It is a good feeling to know that the Residence Inn-Dublin, Ohio will be there for me! I guess I can call it my Residence in(n) Dublin, Ohio. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
