Horrible people!!!

My experience with rewards 660 has been horrible. And unlike most people I paid my bill on time every month for the first three months. It wasn't until the fourth month while I was between jobs that my issues with this company began. they called me everyday for a month 4-10 times a day nonstop. Then when I made arrangements I still received calls endlessly. Did this make me want to pay them? No!! this irritated me and my whole family to the point I had to file a complaint with the FTC and my local police dept for telephone harassment. Granted there will be a few of you who have had no problem but I am sure there are more of us who has had a problem with them and the few who don't are the ones they are making their money off of. They are incompetent, rude, obnoxious and I would rather pay off all of my student loans in the next month and let them put that on my credit report(that will be my only negative) than to pay them because they have been so mean and uncooperative.

Stay away from this card!!! 300 dollars isn't worth all of the aggravation.

Let's analyze this. You took a credit card from a company that specialized in people with bad credit. You managed to pay them three times in a row before you stopped, and now you are outraged that they call you? You would serve yourself well to get your loans paid off, then live on cash not credit, until such time as your life stabilizes. I wish you luck with that.

But like KenPopcorn says pay off those loans and live on cash till you can get it all straightened out. You may never use credit again except as a tool for convenience. I to wish you the best of luck with this problem.

Sounds like you didn't answer their calls. Creditors don't bother you if you pay your bills in a timely fashion. I am going to agree with Ken that you should probably not use a credit card.

First of all I didn't stop paying them, because someone misses a payment you don't call them everyday 4-10 times a day. I own my home and all three of my cars so my credit isn't horrible (my score is 690) my student loans aren't due to be paid until 2011 so this card just seemed convenient to have for emergencies. I have been a district manager in collections and our company got sued in court for telephone harassment. The law says you can call once a day and if you make contact (which they did) you can't call until the promised to pay date has passed again. they kept calling even thoughmy due date wasn't until two weeks later!!! I stand by my word and I have filed complaints with the Attorney General who has gotten numerous complaints about this company so we can't all be wrong!

Gawd, these folks are disgusting... that's about the nicest word I can add. I received an approval with a card stating I had 50.00 dollars available to use. So I call to authorize the card and offer, to show good faith a post dated payment from my account for Sept. (Telling them it wouldn't be available for withdrawal till Sept). They run my check on the phone -without telling me right after I made the above statement and say it was declined. I said DUH, OF COURSE I told you not to run it till Sept.
So, the idiot at the phone tells me he's going to put a freeze on the card until I make a payment. I DIDN'T EVEN RUN UP A BILL YET or use my 50.00 dollars credit. There was NOTHING stating that an advance payment was required ahead in the letter or in any of the application statements. And they treated me like crap.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this card company if you want to be treated with fairness, dignity and respect. They have no sense of ethics AT ALL.

PS--- just don't know how they can claim to offer you credit then turn you down because they want to run a payment through before you tell them too and before you've even used their services. AGAIN, these people are not trusthworthy and prey on folks desperate to rebuild their credit. Very sleazy organization.....

CALEDONIA, MINNESOTA -- I have had the rewards 660 card now for almost a year, and I don't know about anyone else but this is the best card I have ever had. I have had no problems with their people and I have always gotten my increases as stated, maybe some of us should be thankful a little more to the people that will give us the credit we need, since most of us with bad credit probably don't deserve credit cards anyway.

I think this card is a great way for people to get their credit back. People that are complaining should be happy that someone is willing to give them a second chance of getting their credit back on track! Of course you are going to have high fees because of your credit history what did you expect? Great! card I recommend if you have bad credit give this company a try to start over!

Why Do The Cause So Much Damage!!

SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA -- I've been with rewards 660 for only 1 week and already they want me to send them 600.00 what kind of mess is that!! I never used the card!! then they want proof of my phone bill,home lease and more bull!! somebody need to help this dummies!!

All the answers to your issues are contained in the contract you agreed to when you acquired the credit card. This type of account is specifically designed for those with poor and/or no credit.

They cash my check for 375.00 it cleared my account faxed the proof and there still saying they never received the payment this is the second month in a row.

SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA -- I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding my experience with this company. I've recently been notified that my complaint was referred to their criminal division. Keep away from this scam.

They rip you off, send a payment, and the say they didn't get it, even with prof they say you are lying! ( in so many words)

What's the purpose in charging so much money for the card when you can't even go online and view a statement of your payment history and/or account activities? Also, you can't even view your credit line not to mention make a payment without going through so much hassle.

as you should know by now, you can view your statements online with this company, go to ezcardinfo.com and register. you can also have them to email you if you need to know when a payment post, when to make a payment, when you have exceeded your limit or coming close to it, etc. just give it a shot you'll love it.

worst credit card in history

SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA -- this company is all about taking your money and giving you absolutely no service, the fees are outrageous and the customer service consists of morons, after filing a complaint with the BBB, I have yet to get my resolution with this company. do not apply for this card! it has been 3 months now and I am still waiting for an end to this nightmare! finally after months of waiting, I received closure on sept. 22, 2005 with a hugh sigh of relief. thank you BBB!!!!
