PASADENA, CALIFORNIA -- I signed up for a credit card when it arrived I called to activate it. They told me I had to send them income verification. I did and then when I tried to call back I could find my credit card. I told them and I filed a lost or stolen claim. They told me they would send me another card and that I was not responsible for that card and when the new card came I could activate that one. The new card never came so after several months I told them to forget it I don't want the credit card. They said I was not responsible for that card and then a year later they placed it on my credit report for almost $400. and I never activated the card or used it.

Now I can't reach them to get it off my credit. They really suck because of them I have seriously bad credit cause it is listed on my credit as open account.
I had been a consumer of Rewards 660 for about almost an year, when I was late with two payments they suspended my card. I was contacted by a CSR and I made a payment by phone to settle the account balance. Well about two months later I get a letter from the credit collectors that I owe Rewards 660 484.00 I settle for 300.00 and they see that the payment was made but it was made as a settlement offer.

So if I owed them anything which I don't it would have been only 184.00. so I'm glad that they are out of business for scamming people out of their hard earn money.
Have applied for the Rewards660 card, the card was mailed to me of course with the high fees I didn't mind. However after paying off the fees they canceled the card and sent me a letter that they are merging with another bank so I cannot used the card until further notice. Add reply

I'm just writing to let everyone know that I have had the rewards 660 card for over a year now and have received excellent service, they are reporting my payments to the 3 credit bureaus and I haven't had any problems with them and they increase my credit very often.
It might work for some and then for others it won't.
SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA -- I have complaint on the Rewards 660 credit card. I have had the card for over a year and always paid more or if anything the payment amount. On April 17th I had surgery and was not able to work I have not been back to work yet and every day I receive at least three phone calls from the company. I did call them to inform them that I was not working right now and when I would be able to send them a payment. It is to the point where I do not even answer the phone anymore. I let it go straight to voice mail and yes there is a message left, but per the FDCA (fair debt collection act) if the leave a message once then they are not allowed to call back the same day that is considered harassment, even if you owe money or not.

It really upsets me because I always made my payments until I had to have surgery. Does anyone else have this problem?
I have had my Rewards660 card for over a year and have had NO problem with it nor have I had any problem with Customer Service. They have always been very courteous and answered questions when I asked them. I would recommend this card to others if they are looking for a card to help them get started back on the right track. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 04/20/2008Add reply
SOUIX, SOUTH DAKOTA -- I have been a card holder for one year. I never received any inline credit increases (like they promised) they don't report to all three credit companies. They e-mail or call all the time, for no reason. They are rude. Very hard to speak with them, via e-mail or phone. I cancelled the card and they still charged me the $48 yearly fee.

Take it for what it is... their watching every move so they can collect the FEE's. That why this is a multi-million dollar industry.
Go to Wells Fargo they have no fee's to get a card and they are happy to help.
Please don't let Rewards660 ... Take your business else where. You can benefit from other less than credit card companies.

I have had the rewards 660 card now for almost a year, and I dont know about anyone else but this is the best card I have ever had. I have had no problems with their people and I have always gotten my increases as stated, maybe some of us should be thankful a little more to the people that will give us the credit we need, since most of us with bad credit probably dont deserve credit cards anyway. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 11/13/2007Add reply

Do not get this card.
It's a scam!
What's the purpose in charging so much money for the card when you can't even go online and view a statement of your payment history and/or account activities? Also, you can't even view your credit line not to mention make a payment without going through so much hassle. 2 Replies - Latest reply on 12/18/2005Add reply
