I do understand that cigarette delivery through the mail has been curtailed, but I have been waiting one month for delivery through rps service who, on their phone message, says 7 to 10 days after payment. There is no one there that answers the phone, the tracking system is worthless, and the supplier of the cigarettes is not having a lot of luck with them either. This is reprehensible and I paid $25.00 for lack of service? The supplier has tried to make excuses, but this is only from New York to New Jersey.
If you are planning on shipping anything, I would not recommend using RPS Delivers, because as of one month, they have not.
Not an easy business to find and it's an untitled service. Not sure what that means. It's easy to figure out why their answering machine says to leave one message, they're not going to call you back whether you leave one or hundred. It just makes it easier for them if you call once. I tried this company once and waited 27 days and in that time I was told they came twice when they didn't. I won't make this mistake again.
They said they came twice when they couldn't have but after 27 days a car pulled up w/my package.
