Gave Me a Hard Time Trying to Cancel Membership

I read the fine print yesterday when online applying to refinance my car loan, and took down the number they advise you to call if you "want to cancel at any time." They put me through to a live person. "Christian", who wanted to try and sell me on keeping it, argued with me about the difference between them and Credit Karma, and after my becoming halfway rude and continually calling him "Christian" to let him know I had his name, he finally agreed to cancel my membership.

When I asked for confirmation to be sent to my email, he became hedgy and said it might take a while (sure it will). I then ended the call, called my credit card company, said my card had been lost and requested a new one. Something tells me had I not done that, my card would have been billed the full $39.95 at the end of the (7) day free trial. This company is clearly not reputable by any means.

Hidden costs (small letter/hard to read/different location contract

Advertisement states that for $1.00 you can get your credit scores online; however you must use credit card to access the information. In another location on the page in very small print there is a clause that states that you must call this number (1-800-972-7204) before 7 days have past or you will be charged $29.95 a month from then on. I am 66 years old and could not make this out until I found this on my bank statement and went back with a magnifying glass to find this out!! I consider this cyber trickery and would like my money back! Furthermore this number is extremely hard to contact anyone that will converse with you and they know it too!!

Terrible experience

Scoresense.com did to me as they did almost every other review I have read so I am really just putting my 3cents in as well. If you don't want to pay 29.95 for 1 credit score and then be talked to like you're stupid when you try and figure out what happened it is too late. I believe that is the only way they make their money is by misleading and taking advantage of customers. Please be very wary when dealing with this company if you decide. I am an honest hard working tax paying citizen. So it is not likely that I am just making this stuff up. Very frustrated and disappointed in how this all worked out.

Unlawfully withdrew funds from my account

I am being scammed by Score Sense and need your help... they unlawfully withdrew $59.90 out of my checking account. However they did return half of the $29.95... moreover they refuse to surrender the remainder ($29.95). I plan on making a police report as well.
