ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- Ok I live in Rochester NY and I have to say I am very disappointed in the fact that you advertise sonic on t.v here and the closest one is Franklin OH. I do not want to drive 7 and a half hours for your food. I lived in Tennessee and was a frequent customer. I love sonic and every time I see the commercial on t.v I get furious about it. It would be great if you would consider putting some in Rochester NY. I know my family and all my friends are dying to try it because i rant and rave about how god it was to have when I lived down south.

I find it messed up there are none in the northern states and feel its not right. So please bring it this way. If your not going to then stop playing the damn commercials. Thank you!
I got a foot long hot dog at the sonic drive in. It was a coupon deal by one, get one free. The hot dogs were very small and tough. We ate them any way. WHAT HAPPEN TO YOUR OLD HOT DOGS, THAT WERE BIG.

I know meat is high but this was ridiculous.
DOWNTOWN DENVER, COLORADO -- I try not to bore people with my gripes about FF joints but after reading Shanda's plight yesterday to get a Sonic in her area, I just have to say they just aren't that good! Today, I stood in line for about FOUR minutes to order this Jumbo Popcorn Chicken and what I got was overcooked chicken pieces that were so salty that even the RANCH DRESSING on the side couldn't tone it down. It's risky enough having dipping sauces trying to plop onto your clothing but having to bathe every piece in it is downright scary but I digress.

Their burgers are dry as a bone. Their drinks are pretty good but Micky D's food tastes better than what I have had from Sonic.
So as far as the meal went I give it 2 thumbs down and just a warning to Tabitha/Eillen, there were no visible booster chairs...
My whole point for this complaint is that they don’t have any stores located in the New Jersey area? Only in PA is the closest one to jersey! I don’t think their food should be advertised in New Jersey if they aren’t going to have a store out here. Their food does look really good but it just sucks that there are no Sonics out here!! 9 Replies - Latest reply on 08/30/2007Add reply

WINFIELD AND ANDOVER, KANSAS -- I have gone to 2 sonic restaurants on in Winfield Kansas and one in Andover Kansas. The one in Winfield their hamburger was cold and the one in Andover the bun was hard and i couldn't hear the people talking because their music was loud and they didn't get my order right the forgot part of it i thought they said it i ordered it but they didn't bring it and i still had to pay for it. I am beginning to not like sonic because my last two times the food is either cold or something is wrong i will not recommend sonic to anyone unless the food improves. It seems they built a new sonic and the food went down hill. They should have left things alone.3 Replies - Latest reply on 05/21/2007Add reply
JEROME, IDAHO -- I went to Sonic in Jerome, Idaho, ordered three meals, mine being a bacon & egg toaster. I ended up with a bacon burger toaster. I brought it to their attention, and (after much delay) the sandwich was replaced. Not the end of the story! It would've been fine if the breakfast toaster was what I was charged for, but the girl walked off leaving me with a $1.99 sandwich that I paid $3.49 (+tax, yes, tax on food). Had I not said anything, I would've been out the money. Several minutes later, she came back out with $1.50, remember, food is taxed. Granted, it was 9 cents short, big deal, but that's 9 cents they "earned" without working for it. I had already spent 15 minutes there, beginning from placing the order to the partial refund, that's a long time out of a commute when all you wanted was hassle-free food at the right price.2 Replies - Latest reply on 04/02/2007Add reply
RICHMOND, TEXAS -- Yesterday at slot 2 in 95 degrees i pressed the red button for over 15 minutes their transmit button was open you could hear everyone cussing and carrying on they never asked for my order so i finally backed out and moved over to the drive up speaker and got my order in with gas prices as high as they are they need to pay attention i feel like when i got shot i died and came back to the planet stupid7 Replies - Latest reply on 09/25/2006Add reply
I've noticed most of the Sonics put white wrappers around their burgers, which is great. I just want Holden Missouri to know that their Sonic does not. Wish they did, it helps keep the stuff inside the burger and also keeps it fresher.

What customer service?
TEHACHAPI, CALIFORNIA -- At 0725 this morning (20 Apr 06) I drove up to the "box" to order. I was the only person in line and there were no other customers at any positions around the store. Two minutes later I was told to ... read full review4 Replies - Latest reply on 05/18/2006
PORT ACRES, TEXAS -- I stopp by Sonic Drive-in often but the last 4 times I have ordered fries with my meal they are always cold and limp and they just don't taste good this way. They taste like they have been cooked way ahead of time, gosh it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to fry them up-the least they can do is put them back in hot grease before serving them, that is without burning them. It is os good when they bring them out to you while they are still hot. The last time , which was yesterday, I got my meal in less than 2 minutes so you know the french fries was cooked ahead of time. It not like they are going anywhere as they need to put their time in. So please get them to improve on their fries.

LAKE DALLAS, TEXAS -- The sonic Drive In in Lake Dallas has wonderful car hops and other employees that are very helpful; however, if you have a complaint and the lead manager is there (Mrs. F.), she will make the customer out to be the one who is wrong. My friends and I have been through this with her numerous times. She has even insulted a friend who had their order wrong and told that customer that she must not have any common sense not to check her order before she left. This manager has even gone as far to tell customers that it was THE CUSTOMER who ordered wrong in the first place! This manager needs to learn better people skills when dealing with her customers! 2 Replies - Latest reply on 07/25/2005Add reply

they forget either the lime or the cherry
im tired of getting to the end and have not one or both
Please bring back the two guys. The man and woman commercials are a big turn off, so much so that my family will not be going to sonic untill the man and woman commercials are gone. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 05/09/2005Add reply
My sister and I ordered some food, and they forgot our gravy. We went back through the drive-thru and told them that they forgot it, and they proceeded to laugh hysterically into the speaker. Then, when we got to the window, we tried to hold our composure and say "Thank you" when they handed it to us, and the girl just looked at us and shut the window. 9 Replies - Latest reply on 04/28/2005Add reply
SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA -- Businesses wonder why customers stop coming. We love our Sonics, but please listen! At Sonic, you can get a specialty drink or food item, just like you want it, sometimes. Maybe we get spoiled, but that's why you have repeat customers! We are having a problem in our area with tea being brewed in the coffee maker. If I wanted coffee, I'd order it! We have not been able to get anyone to call us back, or we've just been told that that's the way it has to be made. I find myself driving somewhere else to avoid the hassle. And then they'll wonder where we've gone . . . . 2 Replies - Latest reply on 07/31/2006Add reply
