lack of payment
MONROVIA, CALIFORNIA -- Your company agreed to purchase my used telephone equipment. You said you would pay for the equipment within 24 hours of receiving it. It arrived at your location on Jan. 17, 2002. Since then you have ignored my emails, phone calls, and faxes. You have said 'the check's in the mail'. You don't dispute owing they money. I have even said I'd drop the matter if you would return my equipment. You said 'that not going to happen'. In effect, you've stolen my equipment.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I either want to be paid $705 as agreed, or I want my equipment back.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
