Shady Business Practices

I ordered (2) prints to be shipped to my home. When they arrived, I discovered that I had ordered them w/o frames by mistake. I emailed the company to ask them for advice, after 4 days without a response, I called them. They shipped (2) frames to me for $160. $120 for the frames, $40 for the shipping. It has been 10 days and I'm still w/o the frames. My wife discovered through their website that if we would have ordered the prints framed, the out the door price (on their website) would be $189.00. To this point, I have paid $160 for the frames and $86.00 for the prints; a total of $246.00. Shipping is included in all figures. I again called and was told that a manager would return my phone call... that never happened. I called them again today and was told that the $246 was correct. I understand that I have to eat the $17 shipping fee on the order that I made by mistake, so my adjusted price should be $229. I'm still owed a $40 refund. I was told by the guy answering the phones that at first it was my fault for ordering the prints w/o frames, then I was told that what they charged me barely made them any profit, then I was told that it was a mistake with their shipping codes... but in the end it was my problem and not theirs. Terrible company, pathetic customer service, shady business practices. I'll tell anyone who will listen to not do business with this scam.

When you get it, send it all back for a refund.

They may offer a better discount when purchased together. Buying them separately, doesn't allow for such a discount. This isn't unusual and shouldn't be considered bad customer service.

Beware of ordering from this company

GLENDALE, ARIZONA -- I ordered from this company on October 2 2009 and funds were paid on October 2 from PayPal. I never received the item or had any communication from the company by October 16th. I tried contacting the company and the "contact us" on the website gave an error so I emailed the webmaster on the error message. I left a message on the customer service line and never got a call back. I finally put a complaint to PayPal for a refund and continued to contact the company. Now their website gave an error message and after checking on Amazon.com noticed they had changed their website. I contacted the 1-800 number and left a message, the Arizona number listed said the mailbox was full. I also emailed the address on the PayPal complaint listing and still never got a response to any of my contact attempts. They also never responded to the PayPal complaint. Tonight as I was filling out my PayPal dispute and submitted it, I found out they had refunded my money at the same time. I never heard from the company from any of my phone attempts or email attempts and feel their customer service is not worthy of any purchases from this company. Stay away unless you have lots of time to mess around and not get your product.
