We could not make or receive phone calls much less data the entire pregame, during game, or post game while at the World Series in St Louis. This in a city of 3+ million population, only 3.5 hours from Sprints HQ that still does not have full LTE service. Also not shocking to find Sprints website "unavailable" this morning Add reply

They would not accept that there is issue and when you prove that there is issue they will ignore it and say not sure when it will get fixed. And by the way if you have network coverage issue never get airrave device as they will start new contact for it day you buy and charge ETF for it too though they gave it to you to fix problem they had. I am going to move in month to different carrier. Add reply

OTTAWA LAKE, MICHIGAN -- Sprint has bad service ! My husband and I Have been putting up with not having a network error, no network connection, no service. When at the times there is a connection, its really slow. Get dropped calls, incoming text's arrive days late & sometimes won't send out a text. We pay high price for this garbage that doesn't want to work. I think Sprint should refund us all $ spent since the problem has been ongoing for months on in & let us out of our contract, with no penalty. I've been contacting Sprint each & every time there is no service, they tell us a bunch of repeated lies then they either hang up on us or brush us off onto the back burner. If something doesn't get done soon, I foresee a law suit in the near future.3 Replies - Latest reply on 11/19/2013Add reply
CHAMPAIGN, ILLINOIS -- Sprint is the worst company my family and I have had to deal with EVER. We got three phones, all nice. But then we had no bars in our own home or within 100 feet. For weeks they said they would fix it and it actually got worse. It was horrific. We gave them a deadline of 2 weeks, and they said they would call us. They didn't. They lied. We called and told them to cancel. Of course they twisted our arms to get their phones back(one's cracked haha!) And they are still charging us for phone service when we can't even send anything or call anyone!
We are leaving Sprint to go to a much better company, Verizon. Forget Sprint, they also have horrible customer service employees, they give wrong info and are jerks.
