Major problem: still no network version. This means that in the office setting, only one person can use stamps.com. LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I signed up the stamps.com free 30 day trial. However, I was charged for the free trial even though I canceled their services and erased their software from my computer one day after I signed up!

I complained to the Better Business Burea (BBB). Stamps.com told them they would remove the $15.99 service fee. However, they never removed it, and now refuse to honor what they told the BBB what they were going to do!
Do not do business with Stamps.com. You will be sorry.
Stamps.com has more miss prints on envelopes and labels and they do not have a way of refunding miss prints the software does not keep track of no prints it charges your account. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 07/04/2002Add reply
