A good number of Straight Talk customers reported to Newsbeat Epicenter a variety of horror stories in conjunction with this cellular company.
Straight Talk saves money, but if you have any problems with the phone or service you pay for it in down time, loss of phone number for up to 10 days while you get a new reconditioned and may or may not last phone to replace the one that died.
I purchased a very expensive tracfone and unlimited minutes phone card, only to have serious issues attempting to activate it.
