P.O. BOX 836, APTOS, CALIFORNIA -- I recently purchased the StyleEase Product and downloaded it to my computer. Well, it didn't download properly so I went to their website to get Tech Support, but couldn't because it said I needed to register first. I had already done that! It took three times before I was able to get to supports site. I wrote my issue to them three times, no response, I finally found a number 831-477-7005 but it was just a recording, so I left a message. Well, the three emails came back to me with this message. When you submit your issue to the support email address, it gives you this bogus message about not sending your issues to Marie (who the heck is Marie?). Its a vicious circle you will find your self in. Next stop, BBB and the Attorney General. See below...

This customer didn't realize (and it may not have seemed clear) that the free APA course offered on styleease.info is separate from our software sales and support, and thus her support messages never came through to us in the Support Center. Once they did, a new link was sent out immediately, and we had no further response from her.
The response to the old email address was so that people would realize that the emails don't come through to us there, and they wouldn't get a response. We wanted to make sure that people go to the Support Center and submit a ticket so that they will be answered within 24 hours. All customer concerns are important to us, asnd we must answer within 24 hours.
