LEETONIA, OHIO -- I have had ongoing issues with Time Warner Cable. It has only been only over the last year. They will fight with you even when you are trying to get something corrected. They have bad notes written about me from bad customer service reps. I started getting ill on the phone from them fighting with me...they raised my rates and denied it. They talk to you like you are stupid. I already cancelled my television now I am looking for an internet service.Add reply
IRVING, TEXAS -- Worst customer service I ever had....
Never go with them, you have struggle a lot for proper internet connection, it gets disconnect every now and then, and my internet gets really slow and when I called customer service they told to reboot my modem and it will be up for 4-5 days and again it will be slow, it happened for me for 6months and then I disconnected and I has to reboot my modem every week in these 6 months and While I am terminate the service they charged me extra and I have to call multiple times to get refund and they send mails from recovery department for the extra charges they posted on the account, it really sucks....
If you want peace of mind with your internet DO NOT go with them.
CINCINNATI, OHIO -- WOW, has Time Warner lost their minds??? I mean I understand that Al Jazeera has deep pockets so I'm sure they paid TW a ton of money. But to put a blatant America hating network on their service? Then to turn down an American loving network like the Blaze. Do you see a problem here??? Insanity. Did they just ignore all of the harm they did during the Gulf War? If I could get another good Internet provider I would go back to DISH in a heart beat. I move every two years to see the country, so I have had other I.S.P's(internet service providers) but Time Warner is the worse so far. They are charging me $80.98 a month just for Internet "the turbo package" and it is not as fast as the other I.S.P. Add reply

WINSTON SALEM, NORTH CAROLINA -- After returning to Time Warner from AT&T we were offered a good deal plus $200 gift card (as advertised on TV). We entered into the contract with them and paid our bills automatically and on time. The deal with the gift card was you have to maintain your account in good standing for 90 days and after that period your gift card was processed and sent to you in 4-6 weeks.
We are now into week 25 from starting with Time Warner and are no nearer getting the gift card from them than the day we started. I have contacted Customer service (a contradiction if ever I heard one) every week and have a string of emails promising this and that, but in the end they do not care and will tell you anything but the truth. I like my cable, phone and internet service, but do not like all of the BS and lies from them.
If you take their offer be prepared for piles of manure, because that's exactly what we got.
Just the worst internet company out there. They're the only internet company in Pullman, WA so they can basically run a monopoly. My internet drops all the time and every year my bill goes up. "Valued" customer my ____. Add reply
PORTLAND, MAINE -- Calling Time Warner Cable customer service has been a waste of time. I typically spend 10-15 minutes giving them my information only to be handed off to another customer service person who starts the process all over again. I have to drive to their office where I wait in line and there is no supervisor to talk to and no one to hear a complaint.
It took me 4 trips to get them to send the bill to the correct address and in the meantime they disconnected the service. The people at the office always say the problem will be taken care of. Sometimes it is - sometimes it isn't. Other times they don't show up for appointments and its impossible to get anything but more runaround.
