Tiny Cravings Birthday Sale Rip off
Posted by on
WEST CHESTER, OHIO -- Tiny Cravings sent out an email specifying a sale in June 2009. I, along with many other placed orders that were never received. Emails were sent and not responded to and money was not refunded to ANYONE.
However, the website continues to by updated and states that orders are shipped that never were.

Please exercise EXTREME caution when ordering with this company. And if you do place an order and don't receive anything file a Paypal complaint BEFORE 30 days so that you might be able to get your money back. Many of did not know this and lost our money :(

File a complaint with the Attorney General against both the company and PayPal. You might get some movement.

I googled Tiny Cravings to see exactly what this company was. It looks like some random chick selling scarfs and jewelry for exorbitant prices. I mean 54 dollars for a cupcake scarf? 31 dollars for a necklace with a cupcake charm? You could make that stuff for less than half the price. I used to make jewelry for the Twilight series that cost me maybe 20 dollars to make, sterling silver chain, high quality crystals too, real good stuff. People paid 80 dollars for them in auction. Point being, the things this website sell look overpriced, and I would stop doing business with them, especially if they don't even bother to ship their orders.

$54 dollars for a scarf??? I can make scarf of my own for like $10 bucks.

Go to the website bkk and you'll see what I mean. It's a shock to anyone who actually does their own crafts. The chain on the charm bracelets may be sterling but it's thin as all get out. I know charm bracelets, I've made enough of them. Thin cheap sterling chain is not a good base for, I'm guessing heavy, cupcake charms. You can get a foot of the high quality heavy gauge stuff for 10-20 dollars depending on where you go.

There's some cute stuff on there, but I know where I can find charms and things like that... chains and all sorts of other things that can be bought and made for much MUCH cheaper. That place is just a rip off just based on prices alone.
