Start off I'm a daughter, sister, grand-daughter to mechanics, but with that being said I don't always have time to do oil changes at home, I went in for the convenience.
I'm am 15+ year mechanic, and I needed some tires (that I already had) mounted on my wife's car. I would do it but I don't happen to have that equipment sitting around in my garage.
This was my second bad experience at this location. A year ago I had tires installed and they were grossly improperly aligned after waiting many hours.
