WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- Do Not Buy this product
First you will ask for one TOBI and they will sent you 2 then to return the second one you have to wait for them to send you a shipping ticket. We sent it off in June 2007 it is known Feb 08 and they said they never received the product.
Then are first TOBI broke so we called and they told us that they would ship us another one out so we thought great we had to pay shipping again which is crazy but we did it. So we wait and wait I call several times and every time they tell me its in shipping process well Jan 30, 2008 I called again and they haven't shipped it due to my credit card, so I call my cc company they say my card is fine and they have not received any transaction from that company. So we keep on trying to contact the headquarters but no response.
So if you buy this product expect 2 if you only order 1 & if something happens to your TOBI it will take forever to receive your product.
TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA -- On 11/15/2007 I ordered ONE Tobi Steamer,which should have cost 159.87 with priority shipping and handling.The next day while checking my bank statement I noticed that my account had been charged an extra 29.95. I immediately called this company to find what the extra charge was. I was informed that I had ordered one that I paid for in full and then they claimed I had ordered one by payments.I informed them that I did not order one by payments and asked them to correct this problem. I was told that it was already shipped out and there was nothing I could do but refuse delivery one when it arrived. Over the next three and a half weeks I made several more inquires as to where the product was, and during one of these phone calls I was informed by the company's representative that this was a common problem of late because the website I ordered the product from had somehow had an invisible check mark in the payment box. For example if I had ordered three I would have received four with one on payments.
when we received the product, four weeks later,they came in the regular mail packaged in the same box allowing me no chance to refuse delivery. Several phone calls later we were informed they would send us a shipping label and stop charging our account. As to this date we have received no label and they have continued to charge our account. All together we we called this company TWELVE times and sent FIVE e-mails (and got no reply) not once did anybody actually try to help us.
In my opinion the executives of this company are trying to double their sales by committing fraud on unsuspecting consumers,and charging ten dollars for express delivery and sending it in the US Mail. I would never do business with this company again.
