Wrong shirt shipped to South Africa. Poor after sales.
Posted by ZA-customer on
I ordered some shirts from tshirts.com. They are really helpful and eager to answer your queries before you pay them; but then... My shipment arrives with one of the three shirts replaced with some silly T-shirt. First thing I do is check my order and see that I did not make a mistake. I send a mail informing them that I did not receive the right shirt - no reply. I send a second email - "please inform what the problem is" - I inform. Three days later no reply.
I wonder what will happen... I have emailed them again and still no reply.
It seems like after sale service isn't much of a concern. I cannot afford to phone overseas with South Africa's expensive overseas call rates.

No options for different shirt material

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- Although they make shirts in different materials (cotton and cotton/poly) they don't allow you to select this on your order when using the website. In my case, they randomly use one or the other to make your order. Be sure you CALL them and tell them what kind of material you want them to use. Maybe call them twice, because even after you call they sometimes mess up your order.
Better yet, go somewhere else for your tshirt needs.
