RUSSELLVILLE, ARKANSAS -- We have a 2009 Nissan Murano that has 62K miles on it with a Certified used car warranty. The passenger side air bag quit working and the light has been blinking on the dash. We took it to the service department. They reset the light, no parts needed. The cost? $93.31. I will never go there again. That is robbery!!! Whatever happened to resetting a simple light for free, or at least under the warranty which would have been $50.00.

I went to have a stereo serviced in my caravan and the problem was not fixed right. Meanwhile after 200 in deductibles and a speaker also it was my wiring harness in the door in which I figured out for myself.

Won't honor warranty

MCMURRAY, PENNSYLVANIA -- My sister owns a Dodge that she purchased at another Dodge dealer closer to her work earlier this year. The car has started stalling and in a pinch took it to Vasko to have them look at it. The owner refused to even look at it even though there is a bumper to bumper warranty because he said he wouldn't be making any money off of it and told her to leave or he was calling the police. He was rude, obnoxious and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
