MCMURRAY, PENNSYLVANIA -- I recently bought a new Dodge journey from Vasko Dodge. I found the vehicle online and was contacted by the online sales specialist who was actually one of the owners. It was great to get personal service, real email communication, not computer generated responses. The sales staff was very helpful to get me the best deal possible. I didn't have to haggle about the price, they found more rebates and savings than I would have ever guessed. It was an absolutely 'no haggle' deal. I'm am very pleased.Add reply
MCMURRAY, PENNSYLVANIA -- Traded a 2005 Ram Truck for a new one. The process was flawless. This team was prompt, informative and patient working through the endless option and combinations these trucks have. They found one with everything I wanted. Both timing and pricing were excellent. This was my first experience with this dealership and it was a good one. They were pleasant and all business and did not waste my time - very important.Add reply
Recently bought a certified pre-owned car after an accident totaled my previous one. I found the car online, test drove it a couple days later, and finalized the sale shortly after that. The process was quick and painless. Had another key programmed this past weekend and, again, the people were friendly and it didn't take long. I definitely recommend this Vasko Dodge. Add reply

MCMURRAY, PENNSYLVANIA -- This place is horrible if you need anything worked on. The counter guys are rude and seem to be in some sort of deep depression. They are extremely slow when doing anything. I took my truck in for an oil change and asked how long because I was going to get a ride back home. Everyone behind the counter said about an hour. Five, yes five hours later I finally left that damn place.
He said they were backed up today and sorry. I'm sorry I wasted five hours sitting there for a damn oil change. Went back because the truck was still under warranty for a different problem and the service manager said I was costing him too much money to have the part replaced. IT'S UNDER WARRANTY! !!! and they still didn't want to fix it.
I will NEVER go there for anything. I now go to a Dodge dealership 45 minutes away cause they actually want your business. If you need anything Dodge go to Solomon Dodge in Brownsville Pa. It's worth the ride.
I went to have a stereo serviced in my caravan and the problem was not fixed right meanwhile after 200 in deductibles and a speaker also it was my wiring harness in the door in which I figured out for myself. 1 Replies - Latest reply on 09/21/2011Add reply
