MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- There are SO many vitamin and supplement companies out there and I used to think all their products were the same, and usually the price was my main concern. However my attitude has changed. I've learned that supplements are just like any other retail product. Some are very high quality, some are just a waste of your precious money. I can thank Mr. Byron Richards for this bit of knowledge.

I came across Mr. Richards and his company, Wellness Resources, by accident, on YouTube (I was researching health reform/regulation). He's a 'Board Certified' Clinical Nutritionist with 20 years of experience (according to his website). His presentation was extremely interesting; I've read and highly recommend his book 'Fight for Your Health.'

Because I was so impressed with his convictions, and his experience, I decided to try some of his supplements. I ordered a Daily Multiple Vitamin and 'Joint-All'. They came in like 2 days. I started taking one of each every day with a meal. I can't make any kind of amazing claims except that, I've noticed my eczema is nearly gone (on my arms). Now, I'd like to think it was because of the supplements... Maybe it's just the combination of the supplements, getting more exercise, and eating much less processed food...

I just ordered some more only two days ago, and they've arrived already. The customer service person took plenty of time to answer my questions. I'm looking forward to more positive results. The only negative about the supplements I've taken so far is that the pills are kind of big. This has to do with how they're made. Some vitamin companies utilize less-desirable sources for their manufacturing, but Wellness Resources uses the best, most natural available.
