COMMERCE, MICHIGAN -- Wesley Berry Flowers were to deliver flowers on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011. They did not and by Monday, Dec. 19, the flowers were not at the hospital. I spoke with Clyde who kept me on hold for 18 minutes and did not return to the phone.
The following is an email I received from "customer service": "I am truly sorry that we cannot assist you with your flower delivery. I am showing that your order is already submitted for a refund and you should receive an email once this is completed." They now are not giving me the refund! After I cancelled the order on Monday afternoon after non-delivery, they rushed and delivered on Tuesday a small arrangement of carnations with a candle, NOT a $75 package of roses.
