LANSING, MICHIGAN -- I have ordered 3 or 4 phones through Wirefly. Each experience has been frustrating and lengthy. While prices are unmatched the customer service for ordering has been ridiculous. Hour long waits, poor and uninformed agents, complex and simple mistakes that make the process difficult.
In summary best prices but make sure you fill out everything correct exactly the first time. Customer service is ridiculously slow and unhelpful

I placed an order with Wirefly on 2-17-11 and was given an invoice number and told the complete price was 92.97 which I authorized....I printed out the invoice...Then today on 2-19-11 I received what I ordered but with a different invoice number and new amount of 100.96...I did not authorize this amount but with checking with my bank they stated both amounts were pending... I then called Wirefly and the girl who spoke very poor English told me I had the invoice number wrong and I owed the 100.96 which weould be deducted from my bank account..
