Didn't Get What I Ordered
I ordered the "Wiseguy" wig for a Halloween costume. The wig shown has a man wearing the wig that is parted on the left side. For my costume, I needed hair that looked like this. I received the wig within 3 days of ordering, but it not only did not have the hair parted, it looked exactly like this wig:
I called WowWigs to tell them that I received the wrong wig, and he told me that they just sell whatever the manufacturer sends ( i.e. not his problem). I asked if I could get a refund (as it was less than a week before the Halloween party), but he said they would only do an exchange because people try to use them for Halloween and return them. Obviously, this was over a week before Halloween, but they refused to give me a refund. The problem is that no other wigs suited my needs. Also, I'm not sure if I would have received it in time if I had to mail it back and wait for another.
It's very irritating that a company would not try to fix the situation when sending the wrong product.
