United Airlines Complaint - Overcharges - Baggage
I booked a flight with United, paid them, and printed my boarding pass on the United website. They clearly state on their website that their extra baggage fee is $50. The latest scam is for airlines to "partner" with other airlines then no one is responsible for overcharges. Resolving a complaint is similar to being in a gulag. United's partner, Lufthansa, charged me $78 for an extra bag. After complaining to United, through several correspondences, including submitting the same information multiple times, United told me to contact Continental! Huh? What did I miss here?
The fees are bad enough but now they advertise one fee and charge a higher one!
