T-Mobile Complaint - T Mobile careless and unfriendly to loyal customers-go with other company
We have been loyal customers with Tmobile for 13 years. The company was actually called Omni Point then it was sold to Voicestream and then Tmobile. I also have 75 phones at my company that I own with them since the same time. I have always believed in loyalty. We have never been given any perks by them since Omnipoint to stay and be happier. Recently I who have had no contract for some time decided to look arround to see what our options were and I decided to stay with Tmobile and ordered a upgrade on our 3 personal phones. This experience is the one that has me speaking with two other companies to dump them asap at my company. They sent me 3 phones and I agreed to a two year contract on the 3 phones to do so. After we received the 3 phones we quickly realized that the these phones had issues and would not be good for us. I called them to see if we could exchange them for other phones and I quickly got a lesson how a new customer is given great deals however excisting loyal customers are not. This is absurd. The supervisor and the representative were not like the one when I called to upgrade, now I was treated as am unwanted and was specifically mistrreated and told that loyal customers do not have the treatment and prices as the kid that orders a nw phone. How ridiculous is that. So I am dumping my 75 lines at my business. Hope they can replace 75 lines with loyal customers for decades as I have been. This company is garbage, do not use them.
