DBRoth Complaint - Orders Are Wrong

This company cannot get orders correct. I placed an order with them on may 18. The order was incorrect-short parts and damaged. I then waited another 3 weeks after sending the original order back. The replacemnt order arrived today 06-11-11 again the order is short.

The customer service center does not react to complaints but just sends out form email that do not acknowledge any specfic complaint.

I don't know much about DB Roth so I did some searching and found a good article (although it's from 2006) that includes DB Roth. I think you'll find it interesting (I did), particularly #7 under "Notes". http://www.bobatkins.com/photography/photo_stores_2006.html
