Maytag/Whirlpool Complaint - Crappy customer service
Just try getting someone one the 1-800 phone line to schedule repairs - I dare you.
No matter what time of day you call, you will always get the "high call volume" warning. And you will wait at least twenty minutes (my personal limit for being stuck on hold).
Obviously they are too cheap to properly man their customer service function.
I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER MAYTAG APPLIANCE AS LONG AS I LIVE. T-ERE IS NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THEIR UNITS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.
