Transouth now Citifinancial Complaint - Personal Property

Review by G-Money on 2005-06-07
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- My vehicle was repo, the guy from Night Moves 10 Falmouth Rd. Babylon, NY, would not let me get my personal items out of the car. I gave him the keys to the car and he drove off. I called my bank Transouth and asked where the car was so that I could get my personal items, they told me they could not tell me where the car was. I paid the car off, and when I got the car back, on the windshield they wrote no keys, the igintion was ripped out, the ashtray was ripped out, the change holder was ripped out, the backseat of the car was ripped out, the grill on the car was ripped out, the windshield wipers were ripped out, and they dont work now. For some reason Night Moves did not give the keys to Skyline Auto Aution in Fairfield, NJ, so they had to make keys, and they stated the car was not drivable, but the repo guy drove the car out of my yard. All of my valuable personal items was stolen out of the car. I called Transouth on numerous occasions and no one was able to help. I spoke to a very rude Heather in MN. She was of no help whatsoever. I am now in the process of suing Transouth for the value of my personal belongs, because if they would have told me when I called where my personal items were I could have gotten them. I am also suing Night Moves for damage to the vehicle. When I gave them the car it was in perfect working order, now nothing works. The bank doesnt want to help, and Night Moves doesnt want to help. If anyone has had or is having the same problem with Transouth or night moves please e-mail me at gbeverly@excite.com in the subject please state Night Moves or Transouth, if you would like a responds.
Thank You and good luck
