Banzai Slide Complaint - Customer Service Sucks
I called to purchase a slide because the one I have split at one of the seems and can not be repaired with a pactch. The manager of customer service told me that she could not be sure it was a defect in the product I told here I can send a picture and prove the threading came out. Then she stuttered and said I was frustating and confusing her and hung up the phone. The only reason why I was frustrating and confusing her was because she could not answer my questions with a straight answer. That was not made properly I was willing to send proof when I said the word proof she didn't want to talk anymore. It did not matter that I spent over $400.00 For the slide.
