American Progressive Complaint - Prompt Payment Dispute

The insurance company has been billed by Medicare crossover claims as well as receiving a claim from our office for payment on a member. They have stated that they have processed the claim for payment, but have still not cut a check. We need them to release this payment to complete the patient's responsibility on her bill for services that were rendered to her on 05/02/2011.

You need to communicate with American Progressive directly to resolve your issue. This site is for consumers to share experiences and I don't believe that posts are forwarded to the companies involved.
