Home Depot Complaint - Customer service is entirely lacking
Made an appointment 3 days earlier to have a new water heater installed. On the day of installation, the appointment window of two hours came and went. Called Home Depot and their installation subcontractor "Olsham" only to find out that we were bumped off the schedule by someone else's "emergency". They never tried to contact us to tell us that they were not coming. They didn't apologize when I contacted them, they only said that we would "have to reschedule". Well, that much is obvious. I took off work to get this done and will likely have to take another day off to get our hot water heater installed. But I won't be getting it from Home Depot or Olsham.
Update: As I was about to send this review, I got a call from Home Depot that they were sending someone to be at my home by 11:20. I waited, no show and no call.
