Greyhound Call In Center Complaint - Waiting On Phone To Get A Pick Up
I find it rediculis that I have to wait 20 min. On hold to talk to someone for a pick up. I don't have time to set there when I have other work to do. If I have to phone in at least 3 times that is over an hour of wasted time. We ship a lot of boxes with you and I am sick of waiting. I am now telling my customers to pick some other courier company to ship with because I don't have time to set and wait for 20 min. For someone to answer the phone. Or then I tell them they could phone in themselves for the pick up (which they won't) so it goes to another courier.
We have bin dealing with you guys for over 11 years and now that you moved your call in center to the states it sucks to deal with the delay that long. I never do this kind of stuff on the computer or complain so for me to do this means I can't take it anymore. If you have a quick fix for this it would be helpful.
