MGM Complaint - Bad Customer Service

I have been in this store many times and the cashier only one which I have not got his name no name badge?? He is rude really rude I have asked him if he is ever happy?? That is how bad your worker is. Why would you let this go on?? He should not be there.

Agree with Alain, voice your concern to the manager. Personally, I wouldn't care if he's rude and unhappy. That's his life.

By MGM, are you referring to the casino, or a store (such as a convenience store) that operates under the "MGM" name, with no connection whatsoever to the film company or the casino...unless the "lion" logo is also used to identify the store, which I doubt.
