Target Compliment - Great Customer Service at Target Does Exist
MESA, ARIZONA -- After reading a few negative reviews about Target the past few days, I wanted to share a positive experience I had last weekend.
My sister-in-law and I went to Target on Sunday to pick up a few things. She was having a Hawaiian party at work and was looking for those little paper umbrellas that decorate drinks. We looked all over and didn't find any. She picked up the red customer service phone to ask for help.
Literally 30 seconds later, we were greeted by a very nice employee. We told him what we were looking for, and he led us to another part of the store where they had all their seasonal items. Pretty soon, we were joined by 2 other employees, and the security guard. They all were looking for the umbrellas. No luck.
We went to the party section to look there. An employee walking by joined the search. No luck finding the umbrellas. She recommended a few stores nearby that might carry the little umbrellas. We thanked her and went to check-out.
As we were waiting in line, the cashier at the Customer Service desk was free and called us over so she could ring us up. I noticed there were about 6 registers open. Target doesn't usually let the lines back up. They call for backup if there's more than 3 people waiting in line.
I've always had a good experience at Target. They don't ignore me like they do in other big stores.
