Big Lots Complaint - No Refund - Patio Furniture
ASHEVILLE,N.C. -- On June4,I bought patio furniture total $243.52. I place it on my credit card. A week later I went to set on the furniture and it broke. I took the chair back to the store and asked if they had another one. The manager said no. The girl then said the furniture went on sale and she would have to give me the sale price. I assured her that I had my bank statement. The next day I returned the other chair and table> the manager then stated he would find one. At that time I was no longer interested in any thing they had> I told manager I wanted a refund on my credit card. he said it would take him a couple of hours and would refund the money. As of 6-18-11, the refund has not appeared. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE ANY TIME SOON, IF EVER.
