T Mobile Complaint - Unauthorized drafts, cutting off my account anyway losing ach debits
Oh my gawd. This is the 4 th month of insanity with this horrible provider. I started out with automatic draft with this provider, because that is easiest for me. The money is always there, but I was displeased with paying in this manner because they started drafting earlier each month to the point it was a whole week earlier than originally. So, I turned that off with the intent of paying on the day it is due each month. When I went in to pay it this month on the day it was due, they had taken the payment out automatically even though I had turned that option off. So, they drafted without authorization. The $ was there. So, I did not go in and pay it, as they had already *stolen* the money. I called to verify and team mobile verified they knew it was turned off AND that they took the payment. THEY TURNED OFF MY SERVICE ANYWAY. Then they kept me on the phone for hours. Hours. They conferenced in my bank and then hung up on us. The bank says T mobile DID draft the money and it stays in pending status until Monday night. These fools think I should sit with my service cut off until they decide to process the payment. This is unacceptable. They took the money, unauthorized, shut off my phones and then tell me I can't have my service restored until the ach system kicks the payment out of pending status.
