Proctor And Gamble Informative - Luvs Diapers

I am a new mother. I have been using luvs diapers for my daughter since she was 2 months old. She's now 18 months old and in a size 6 diaper. I really love luvs diapers but this last box I bought, really upset me a little. Every diaper so far, has stuck to the inside liner of the diaper and I have to tear it away from the inside just to be able to use it. This is not what I paid for. All this time I have been using this product and this happens. I don't want to come off as being someone who will stop using this product, because the diapers are the bomb, but being a single mother, money is tight.

I can't just pick up and go buy more diapers. Is there any way someone can help me with this issue.

this happened 20 years ago. i bought a bag of diapers that did the exact same thing. i called (emailing was still pretty new) and told them about it. they took my name and address and sent about 5 or 6 free diaper coupons. keep in mind you are going to get the occasional bad bag. i would email them about the bag you got and maybe they may just get some sort of compensation

Your 18 month old is in a size 6???? Wow, Baby C is almost 3 and she's only in a size 5!

I agree with andbran. Call them with the lot number--all that weird info next to the UPC.

This is indeed a lousy problem to have. I can tell you, with 3 kids, I had only 2 "bad" bags of diapers. So, in over 7 "kid-years" of diapers, I had only 2 issues. I phoned the company and got coupons for free bags.

I hope Luvs does right by you.
