Clearwire Complaint - Horrible Customer Service
I have been trying to cancel my Clear account for four business days. I called customer Service (888-888-3113) they informed me that they have to transfer me to the cancellation dept. I held for 30 minutes and then the called dropped. This happen Thursday, then Friday same thing. I complained to customer service representative that the call was being dropped and they informed me that they could not do anything about it. I tried again Monday and the same thing happen, keep in mind I work so I am trying to do this on my lunch break. On Tuesday when I had more time I called again, again I was told to hold because I was being transferred to the cancellation dept. I held for exactly 30 minutes and then the called dropped. This lead me to believe this is a everyday thing. This is what Clear does to it’s customer so they won’t cancel. They want you to get so frustrated that you will give up and just keep their horrible service. After the call disconnected again I called back screaming and demanding a supervisor. I had to get irate and down right nasty before I got someone in the cancellation dept. Bottom line Clear does not work correctly, they are over priced and their customer service is a disgrace. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!!!
