Travelocity Complaint - Will not use them again
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- Frist, I am no way judgeing there personel. But outsourcing is not the way to going. It seemed that everyone I talked to was from India. There is a major language barrier. Understanding them. You already have to listen to a computer to get to the point were you talk to a human. Maybe one of them should be for English press 106... This is not the issue though. The real issue is I booked a flight on Travelocity. And within 12 hours the price changed it went down 100 dollars. The only fix from their stand point was to by another ticket and then cancel the frist one you paid for. Which takes at least 5 days to credit your account at 19 percent. Now I know for a fact that credit cards can be credited IMMEDAITELY. Alls that needed to be done was to credit the card for 100 dollars and alls good. Then send a new conformation #. This to me is Illegal credit card fraud or grand theft in some states. Alls I can say is they lost a customer and I booked over 100 flights with them. I'm sure their competitors will love to take my money.
