DunkinDonuts Complaint - Communication Problems

DULUTH, GEORGIA -- Today I wanted to order some take out food & beverages. This involved driving through & requesting through the intercom what I Wanted. This was somewhat frustrating & painful as I spoke clearly & slowly. The location was store #302564.

In the end of trying to order what I wanted., it still wasn't understood.......[ EVEN AT THE PICK UP WINDOW, WHERE YOU PAY].

I support equal opportunities of all races to work in the public service, but do not appreciate being served by people from a different nation, unwilling to understand the language barrier they have.

This is not the first time, this has happened & still continue to argue & give the wrong order, despite repeating it!!!!!!!

I agree.

If you choose to go back to this location, it might be better to go inside.

It is important to be heard and understood. Have you considered speaking to management about your frequent frustrating experiences of being misunderstood and not getting what you ordered?

(Just learned that Georgia's state insect is the honey bee.)
