Spirit Airlines Complaint - Baggage Fees
I am not happy with Spirit. I was pulled out of line recently at the BOSTON/Logan airport to pay an additional $45.00 for a bag that was small enough to fit in the space below my feet.
I showed the customer service agent that it fit p0roperly in the sizing containers in which she replies either pay the fee or you don't fly.
What a way to threated at last second while boarding a plane you must catch with fees that are UNESSECARY especially since this was my ONE and ONLY carry on that fit perfectly in the space provided.
I am not happy with the cleanliness or lack of any cleaning on the plane. The seat back was sticky with spilled sodas, pen marks, writing on the back of seats, trash in the seat back pocket.
What a terrible flight experience.
Willing to pay more for a CLEAN and FREE Personal ITEM on another airline.
