Sony Complaint - Repair of Digital Cybershot Camera
On May 22,2011 contacted Sony service on line tech was unable to troubleshoot so sent me to an the site to send in camera for repairs to Lorado, Texas, on 5/23/2011 sent camera by UPS they received camera on 6/1/2011, on 6/3/2011 they sent camera back to me to the totally wrong address different town/street everything have been trying since it was delivered to wrong address on 6/11/2011 to have them make this right to no avail. They shipped it back by Fed Ex and they are giving me a hard time also it was left at a side door no signature so what are the chances of this ever being recovered. I'm out a new camera, will never buy another Sony product and don't want anyone else to go through what I have. Never get to talk to the same person twice when I call the customer relations department even though I have there name so everyone tells you something different, which now I see that's how they keep putting you off for another day & another day!
I have totally lost my patience with them and my respect always thought they were a reputable company, but after all this I see there not.
